Room for Rent near Muswell Hill

Hello!
My name is Spencer, and I am looking for a new housemate to replace myself when I leave, which should be before/on the 21st of October.
We aren't looking for anything super specific, just somebody who is friendly, and likely to get along with the rest of the housemates!
We would prefer somebody who is LGBT, as most of the other housemates are, but as long as you are just sort of not a wanker you're very welcome.
It is a five bed house, which is a 20 minute walk from Muswell Hill, and around 15 minutes on the bus to Highgate tube station.
The room in question is a double room overlooking the garden, and is in its own little section of the house by the toilet, which is pretty convenient.
There is a joint kitchen/living room situation, a garden, and two toilets.
Our council tax band is E.
