Some of the furniture in the pictures is my flatmate's who is leaving but I am planning to replace furniture.

My flatmate is moving outside London after staying in this flat for almost 4 years and I am urgently looking for a new flatmate so I can stay in this lovely flat. Looking for someone who wants to make this flat like home and wants to stay long term. Females preferred.

I am 44 and work for a University. I work from home but only work from my room (working hours monday to friday 9-5)
I love rollerkating, roller derby, animals, crochet, gym, reading, libraries, and going out with friends. I am a non-smoker.
I am respectful and tidy and am happy to hang out but also respect other people's privacy.
I have lived in London for over 20 years and I love this city. I have mostly lived around Muswell Hill as I love this area.

Proof of employment/income and the usual referencing will be required by the agency.
