A cosy furnished single room in a friendly household in Muswell Hill with fast internet, garden, two bathrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and all mod cons.
Muswell Hill is a safe, pretty and quiet area. We are near parks, bus stop and a big supermarket. The whole house is double-glazed and warm.

Our long-term tenant is moving out sadly, and hence we are looking for a new person to move in. We are a mother and a 14 year old, who lives between here and his father's 50/50..

We have two small dogs. We can consider a lodger with a dog. Sadly we cannot have a cat in the house. If you are a smoker, you can do smoke in the garden (but not indoors please).

Room would suit for a single professional or a student. The room has a single bed, book shelf, desk and Chester drawer. One month's rent is required as deposit.

All bills are included in rent. £165 / week, directly from the landlord.
