Room for rent

Peace unto you,

My apartment is seated in the leafy, quiet, chic suburban town of Muswell Hill.
It is a one bedroom apartment, in a small estate, with immediate access to transport links to the city, food stores, a retail park, Parks, free off-road parking among many other things.
My place is currently under renovation, and I am slowly painting and decorating, it is unfurnished.
You will have a decent sized double bedroom to yourself, and I will have the living room space, which we will share, we will also share the bathroom.

Personally, I am a quiet man, who enjoys reading (studying), fitness training, looking after animals and plants among other things.
I respect privacy, and one trusts that you will be the same.
I do not drink alcohol, or smoke, I am a vegetarian, and black British (if you care to know). Though, I don't mind you doing so viz., drinking alcohol/smoking (except you have smoke on the balcony outside).
