Would suit tidy respectful professional person needing a quiet relaxing place to stay in the week who lives outside London and comes in to London part time to work! Friendly helpful and peaceful house. Large kitchen diner overlooking lovely garden.

Excellent transport links - 5 mins Bounds Green tube on the Piccadilly line (20 mins kings cross) and 5 mins Bowes Park overland (straight through to the city) - moments from the North Circular so good access to Central London and beyond. Lovely place to stay for the right person.

Also according to The Guardian of 17 May, one of the happiest places to live in London. Hurrah!

Peaceful quiet household, friendly but respectful of everyone's privacy.
