A bright large double room has become available at a nice two bed maisonette, located 5minute walk from New Southgate (direct trains into King Cross 15min and Moorgate 20min).
You will be sharing the flat with just one other person, I am a young professional who works in London.
The property has a large living room, bathroom with shower and bathtub, the bedroom has a built in wardrobe and comes with bed, desk and shoe storage. There's a garden and off street parking.
I am looking for someone like minded who wants to relax at home as this is not a party house, I would like someone who wants to socialize when they get home and have a glass of wine while telling how was the day but who also wants a bit of personal space.
Bills are not included but they are roughly £150 a month.
The landlady is a lovely lady who lives just down the street and it's really helpful when something in the house breaks or you need something.
