Hi lovely people… on here looking for a chilled , friendly flat mate or two. I have two spare rooms . One with a super king size bed , and the other is a double. With cupboard space and you still have room to dance available in N11. Just 5 -10 mins away from bars, restaurants, shops and either Arnos Grove station or southgate station. East Barnet overground is a 10 mins bus ride away. So easy to get to local hospitals, the city and local markets.

There are plenty of green spaces around , including a communal green at the back of the property, a 10 minute walk to Trent Park and various other Commons.

This is a House situated off the High Street on a private road. The house has a large kitchen ,with oven and usual facilities like fridge and microwave , breakfast bar ( also suitable from wfh on) and cupboard space.

Split level house, over two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom on the top level.. The kitchen, living room and garden are on the lower level.

You will have your own bedroom with a super king size bed ( or double) but you will be sharing the kitchen bathroom and living area with me.

No smoking in the house please . Your rent also includes water, gas, electricity ,council tax, tv license And internet . Free view tv available in your bedroom if you want it.

I am a Friendly male who works in charity and loves to travel. .

I am Looking for someone ( or a couple) who is considerate, tidy, relaxed, happy doing their own thing but is also sometimes up for a conversation , food in a peaceful environment when they feel like it 😊. My fee is
for a single person - £1000 per room with all bills included, including council tax)
For a couple in a one room (£1350 bills & council tax included) . Payable By the end of each calendar month.
