Spacious double room with bay window

We have a spacious double room available from September in our wonderful home in North London.

The Room:
The room is £810 a month (including bills). The room is facing the front garden, has a bay window and gets lots of natural light. There is plenty of room for storage/working from home so you can bring all your hopes and dreams with you (and your own furniture as our current housemates will take theirs with them).

The house:
Our home is a four-bedroom house on a quiet, residential street in Arnos Grove. It’s just a 3-minute walk to Arnos Grove station on the Piccadilly Line which takes you into central London in about 25–30 minutes with direct stops like Finsbury Park, King’s Cross, and Covent Garden. It’s super convenient for getting around, especially since the Piccadilly line also runs as a Night Tube. New Southgate train station is also a 10-minute walk away.

The house itself has a:
•Comfortable living room with two sofas, a dining table and a TV 📺
•Well equipped kitchen with more kitchen gadgets and appliances than you need! 🍳
•Separate toilet and bathroom 🚾
•Garden with a patio table and chairs, a shed and a garden pond! 🏡
•Parking is available right on our street too.🅿️

You’ll be living with Karina (32) and Alfie (29) – third and fourth housemate currently to be found. We both work in the charity-sector and mix our time between working from home and going into the office. Outside of work we’re very active people who also enjoy crashing out after a long day. We play team sports, go to the gym and have other various hobbies including, cooking, baking and a myriad of creative projects and love being out and about in London. We’re very friendly and sociable but also respect having our own time to recharge. We’ve lived here for about 7 years now, so can safely say it’s an excellent place!

Local Area
Arnos Grove is a great area to live.
•Green space – Arnos Park is just down the road. We often go there for a lunch time walk when working from home (and the weather is on our side!). 🚶‍♀️‍➡️
•Amenities – We’re walking distance from a lot of shops, including Sainsbury’s local (5 mins) and Aldi (10 mins). There’s a great pub across the street and a number of cafes for any of your hot drink needs. ☕️
•Entertainment - We’re a short journey from places like Wood Green and Finsbury Park which has a lot of entertainment including cinema, bowling and a large shopping centre. 🎳
