Double room in friendly house w/ big living space!

Hi there!

We are four young women (24-29) who have been sharing a house for a few years (we all met on SpareRoom!!), and sadly our fifth member is leaving us to move in with her girlfriend. So we have a room on offer!

**The house**
The property is absolutely gorgeous and fully furnished, with a massive open-plan living room, kitchen, and lounging area downstairs, along with a garden with a shed. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, sink and hob. We have two bathrooms which comprise two toilets, two showers, and one bathtub.

We're about a ten minute walk from Arnos Grove tube station on the Piccadilly (which should finally be getting Aircon this year!!) and about a 12 minute walk from New Southgate Thameslink station.

**The room**
The room available is a very large double on the first floor. We've moved a lot of the furniture in the house about so can be pretty flexible with what is in the room. It comes with the double bed, sofa (/guest bed) and Billy bookcase. The rest of the stuff in the picture is the current housemate's but we can chat about what you might want to keep (if anything). You'd be sharing the first floor bathroom with two others which has a rain shower (yay!) and a bath.

**The nitty gritty**
The rent for the room is £780 per month not including bills, which we share equally (they usually come to around £120 per month per person in total).
The room is available from the 27th September 2026.

**The people**
We've all got different stuff going on with a range of hobbies and backgrounds (it's always fun to list nationalities, think we're at British/Dutch/Polish/Israeli/German/American at the moment). But we love to spend time together, whether it's a movie or roast at home, a gig, a hike or a good old date debrief in the kitchen. We all work full time, most of us go in every day but a couple of us work hybrid. Generally we're a sociable but chill bunch and give each other space when we need it.

We’re looking for another young woman between 25 and 30 who is clean, sociable and keen to be a part of our friendly household. This room has plenty of space for a good work from home setup if you need it, or space to make it your own if you don't.

You must also be happy to live with a cat! She is 17 and very friendly, and her favourite things are cuddles, hiding under the wisteria, and making a mess of her water bowl.
