It is located in a quiet residential area in New Southgate, less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop; 10 minutes walk from Arnos Grove tube station (Piccadilly line) and 3 minutes walk to New Southgate station (trains to Moorgate and Kings Cross).
Local shops are close by and include Sainsbury's local, chemist and a few more.

Rent is £650pcm and it includes all bills and unlimited broadband. One month deposit & one month in advance are required.
