Bedroom In Beautiful Flat Available January

Hello everyone,

I’m Lori! My current flatmate is off traveling Southeast Asia and I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and easy-going professional to join me for 3–4 months in my lovely flat sometime in mid January.

The flat is a cosy, welcoming space that I’ve spent a lot of time making into a home and I’m looking for someone who will respect and appreciate it as much as I do!

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher and all the appliances you’ll need.
Bathroom: Large, with storage.
Your Room: Cosy but functional, with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, and an extra dresser just outside the room. If you need more storage, we have a huge loft.
Living/Dining Room: A comfy space to relax, complete with access to Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
Parking: A large driveway for your car.
Garden: Partial Access

The area of North Finchley is incredibly convenient. You’ll find a big Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Aldi, and Waitrose all within a 10-minute walk, plus a high street filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, and a fantastic selection of independent fruit and veg markets which are only a 5 min walk away. Transportation is also really accessible with Woodside Park station just a 10-minute walk away, getting into central London in under 30 minutes.

You’ll also love the community vibe. My best mates from school live in the flat downstairs, and they’re always up for a tea or drink. It’s a really friendly, fun atmosphere where you can always run downstairs to hang out, ask for help, borrow milk etc.

I also have a cat, who is the absolute best. He is a ginger tabby who gives off big time orange cat vibes.

I’m starting my own floristry business, so I’ll be busy, but I’d love a flatmate who’s respectful, tidy, and open to hanging out and becoming friends. If you’re looking for a temporary home in a gorgeous flat with great company, drop me a message! xx
