Double Bedroom available in mid century flat! X

Hey lovely people x

I’m Lori, I’m looking for a flatmate (ideally another girl) from early to mid Jan, open to anyone wanting to stay from 3-6 months!

I’m a florist and currently in the process opening a shop in east London so I’ll be busy, but I’d love a flatmate who’s respectful, tidy and open to hanging out sometimes. The flat is fairly spacious, I love sourcing vintage furniture and have tried to make it as homey and cosy as I can.

I’m pretty easy going and relaxed. Love hanging out with my mates, either going to theirs, the pub or trying a new London restaurant. Like a rave equally as much as staying in, love reading, art galleries, flowers etc

As a housemate I’m respectful of space and value hygiene and tidiness. The flat is pretty organised so super easy to keep clean and tidy. Flat has everything you could ever need so perfect for someone who just wants to bring their suitcase and doesn’t want to worry about having to buy home items.

Schedule wise I’ll be up early and home in the evening around 7/8, and normally at my boyfriend’s around twice a week so we won’t be living on top of each other and a lot of the times the flat will be free to have on your own.

There’s also a fur friend in the gaff, your typical ginger cat that loves food and cuddles x

Two of my really good mates live in the flat downstairs, if I’m not here and you want someone to hang out with, they’re both really great company.

It’s a 10 min walk to Woodside Park station and 30 mins to Oxford Circus/ 27 mins to old street. The high street is really convenient and only a 5 min walk away. There’s all sorts of super markets, independent markets, charity shops, fast food/takeaways, a Waterstones, some sweet cafes but also Starbucks costa etc x
