Room Available for the Summer

Females only please. Double Room for single occupancy- for short term occupancy through the summer.
Finchley Area of N LondonThis is a large sunny room with lots of storage and hanging space in a 5 bed house with off street parking and garden.
The property is a lhouse in the safe area of N12.

There are two dogs in the household.

Access to all kitchen facilities available and all bills included except telephone. Broadband included. Shared social area with TV and music.

I am the landlord. I am female and live with my son (29)(who has his own accommodation in the top of the house) shared bathroom with the occupier(s) of the room therefore only female please. Please note that 3 days a week there is a 2 year old in the house so I cannot guarantee peace and quiet on those days that is why the room is reasonably priced. There are also two dogs

Local transport - bus 134/43 382, 234 etc - Finchley Central - 10 mins by bus, Arnos Grove (bus 10 mins)and Southgate overland train direct to Highbury.

Lovely area - quiet and safe extremely well placed between Finchley, Whetstone, Muswell Hill and Southgate. Services to Kings Cross and a short bus ride to Muswell Hill (great entertainment area) and night buses to central London through Camden, Tottenham Court Road and London Bridge.

We don't mind smokers but not in the house. There is a garden for use by smokers . Sorry no overnight guests
