A good sized double bedroom (4.5m*2.7m) available in Mill Hill based within an Equestrian centre, so very quiet. The grounds back onto Totteridge valley.
The house is shared currently with 2 other housemates. It has a very large lounge and dining room, and a good sized kitchen and separate utility room. Shared bathroom/toilet, and an additional toilet. The house also has wi-fi. There is also a good sized garden including patio and garden furniture.
All bills are paid by the landlord with the exception of gas and electricity which is shared equally with the other housemates.
Transport links near the house are very easy. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the drive, and tube trains are around a 10 minute walk(or bus). Parking is also available if required.
