I have two double rooms to rent in my spacious three-bedroom flat, it’s in a nice quiet and safe area in the heart of Palmers Green, with only a 8 minute walk to the overground station which takes you straight into central London and only a 10 minute bus journey to the nearest underground station. I have re-designed the layout so I have a separate studio, But a shared kitchen and bathroom.
I have two kids Who stay with me on Friday & Saturday nights but we’re mainly out during the day and because my living area is quite separate to the rest of the flat you would hardly hear them however I would prefer someone that is child friendly.
