Double room available for female lodger

Our amazing lodger is leaving the UK at the end of January and I am looking for another great person who is easy going and friendly to move in.

The bedroom is a large double, garden facing, furnished room and I am only looking for a female lodger please.

I have two children, an 11 year old daughter and a 13 year old son. They are very chilled and well behaved and they spend a few nights a week at their dad's.

There is a bathroom next to the bedroom which is shared with the children and we have never had any issues with queuing for the bathroom (the kids can always use my bathroom if needed).

The house is big and comfortable, with a very large south facing garden. I am self contained in the loft.

Arnos Grove and Bounds Green tube stations are a 10 min walk. Palmers Green overground train is max 15 mins walk.

The 299 bus stop is at the end of our street which goes to Muswell hill or Southgate in the other direction.

We are really easy going and would hope anyone would feel really at home here.

You will have full use of of the kitchen with cupboard space and fridge and freezer space. You will also have full use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.

If you have a car, parking is free on the street.

I work from home so I can be flexible with viewing times.
