Spacious double bedroom

Hello!
We are two female professionals looking for a third female professional in their late 20s/early 30s to share our lovely home.
We are both employed in 9-5 jobs, one working a Data Analyst for the NHS and the other in finance (working from home).
We are ideally looking for someone with a similar schedule to ours (9-5) as we are both early risers due to work, but we are happy to consider anyone who reaches out - just as long as they understand that our beauty sleep is important!

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a large 3-door wardrobe. You would share a bathroom with myself as our housemate pays a little extra for the upstairs bathroom. Bills come to around 170 per month in the winter (maximum, per person). Usually 130 or less in the summer.

We both enjoy our own space but do occasionally love to watch a bit of tv in our living room/kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine or coffee and enjoy a bit of homemade food and a catch up together.

We live on a quiet residential road, very close to the north circular (although we never hear it)! Our quiet little road houses mostly young families and has good access to free parking.. We are a stones throw away from local corner shops, cafes, pubs and bars, with the main supermarket around 5-10 minutes walk away and a smaller tesco metro within a 5 minute walk too.

We are about a 1 minute walk to bus stops which head towards Enfield/Barnet in one direction and Wood Green in the other (10mins max). Wood green is well connected to other areas of london, both via bus and via the Piccadilly tube line. It also has a huge shopping centre, restaurants and a cinema.

We are ideally looking for someone to move on the 11th December but this date is flexible under the right circumstances.
