Renting out

Hi!
I’m renting 1 room in a property in wood green.
The property has been refurbished throughout and the look of it is of a home and I would like to keep that way.
I’m looking for minded professionals or hardworking people, clean, tidy and respectful of others space and things.

Kitchen amenities: big dining table, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge&freezer, induction hob, all fairly new.
The advertised room: big and spacious double room with glazed windows;
The bed&mattress fairly new, only a few months old; the bedroom has a wardrobe as well, everything on new floors and the room itself has plenty of light as is facing west, so all afternoon.
There’s a laundry room as well with washing machine quite spacious for drying clothes in the winter time.
I would add a big garden where u can enjoy a bbq when the weather allows it.
A service bathroom downstairs plus 1 bathroom upstairs with bathtub and shower with a good water pressure.
