Double room ( en suite ) in a spacious flat.

We are three flatmates (one girl and 2 guys ) looking for a fourth (female), living in a large ground floor flat, with a spacious kitchen, a very large patio and a friendly feel. The flat is really quite lovely, bright and well decorated.

We offer one double bedroom ( en suite ), furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed side table.
The room is available from January.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and there’s a big park just a couple of minutes away.
10 mins walk to Southgate underground station and all amenities.

We are all busy professionals, but on occasion we do like to socialise in our spare time.
