Double room in newly renovated house!

Hello!

I am looking to rent my spare double bedroom out in N13 :)
I’ve spent the last year renovating the house and looking to share the lovely space with someone kind, considerate and with a friendly energy!
Pls no homophobes, racists etc etc

Ideally looking for someone with an active lifestyle, works or studies full time and who is clean :) and FYI this is a lodger agreement, will just be the owner living in the property.
No couples or pets pls

I work full time, am usually out and about, v friendly, love music, and v clean!

Transport and the area:
20min walk to wood free station or 10min bus ride
Bus stops 2min from the property, loads of different routes and even a handy 24hr bus.
20min walk to Bowes Park overground station which takes you straight to the city
15min walk to Palmers Green station

Loads of shops, bakeries and food spots walking distance so you won’t get hungry!
