Lovely room in a beautiful flat

The room is a bright, cosy small double bedroom in a well located flat - a great fit for someone looking for a comfortable London base in a friendly, easy-going home. All bills are included, plus fast and reliable internet.

The flat is in N13 with excellent transport links into Central London. The local train station offers quick, direct routes into the City, and there are frequent buses nearby connecting to the Piccadilly line and surrounding areas, making getting around really straightforward.

I’m usually out of the flat between 7am and 7pm on weekdays due to work, and I often spend weekends at my partner’s, so the flat is often calm and relaxed. That said, I’m friendly and sociable and would love to live with someone who enjoys a comfortable, welcoming home - happy to chat and be friendly, while also respecting each other’s space. It would suit an independent, considerate housemate who values a relaxed and positive living environment.
