Recently available lovely room in our large home. The room is based on the middle floor, with a single bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table and shelves. The price is £510 per month, all bills included.

The house has a spacious back garden, living room, large dining room, two toilets, a bathroom and kitchen, all shared amongst us.

We are a short 1 minute walk away from local amenities (post office/groceries/restaurants) and Bus Routes: 141, 121, 329, 232 and N29 (all go to Wood Green station in less than 5 minutes). Wood Green, Bounds Green, and Palmers Green stations are all a 10-15 minute walk away.

I live with other people between the ages of 25-30. Everyone is a working professional but very laid back and easy to live with.

We are looking for a friendly and courteous single working professional who is looking for a long term stay. Short term lets will not be considered.
