We have a wonderful room available in our beautiful house in North London. I am the main tenant (not an agent) :)

The house is fantastically situated in a residential and very safe area close to two large parks, Broomfield Park and Arnos Park. There are also a variety of supermarkets, shops and other amenities (gyms, library etc) within walking distance. It is also close to Bounds Green, Arnos Grove tube station as well as Palmers Green overground station which gets you into central london in under half an hour.

The room is beautiful, very quiet and it has a huge window that faces the spacious garden. The house is huge, with 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room, living room and sun room. The house is very clean and tidy and we like to keep it that way. It is a quiet house but we do enjoy sharing a glass of wine every now and then. Perfect place to relax :)

Please note: We are looking for a NON SMOKER new housemate, that wants to live in a house with a friendly/familiar atmosphere. No locked doors, no strangers in the house apart from friends and family. We have amazing common areas and we want to live with someone that will enjoy the house and socialise with us. We like the feeling of living in a proper home and not inside a bedroom. The house is extremely clean and tidy as you can see in the pictures. If you are a messy person who does not bother with cleaning or tidying up, please do not come. We are very strict about that. The house is always clean and comfortable.

We are looking for a nice new housemate to take the place of a friend that is moving out.
