Single room for rent in southgate

Hi, this room is a 10min walk from Southgate tube station, with a 121 bus stop at the end of the road.

The rent does not include electricity and water bills. It does include broadband, tv, and council tax.

You would be living with the house owner and one other lodger and sharing a bathroom with one other person.

It is a single room, but can fit a double bed.

A lot of thought has gone in to my house with regards to sustainable living, so is important to me that you are thoughtful in regards to energy, water use and recycling. with this in mind, only contact me if you are ok with showers as no baths are allowed.

I will not be accepting night shift workers.
