The room ifs fully furnished and having a shared living , dinner, kitchen and a shower room.
We prefer a female who is a professional a non smoker and a working female.
The flat enjoys a garden and off street parking with a residential parking permit.
The rent is 800GBP excluding the council tax.
The flat is conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance to the Oakwood underground station and 2-3 minutes to the bus stops to Enfield to Wood Green towns in opposite directions.
Short lets under 3 months are also considered with 950 GBP /Calendar month.
