1 Single Room in North London

We are looking for a friendly professional to share our 2 bedrooms' apartment (closest to Oakwood tube station).

We have a small furnished bedroom available for a single person. The apartment is located on the ground floor at walking distance from tube station. Buses run off the main road. There is a large communal garden and parks around.

Please note this is not a hotel but a family home. We are open- minded and accommodating to people of all backgrounds who follow the below common sense 'rules of the road' (unfortunately, I need to mention them due to unpleasant experiences in the past):
- Please refrain from playing loud music at unearthly hours and causing disturbance. I could do with sleepless nights at a younger age, but not anymore!
- No Maid Service! Please clean bathroom and kitchen after use and take out your garbage. We only ask for a minimum of hygiene.
- The room is for 1 person only, not to be occupied later with another person.

We have a cat. He is friendly and prefers to be outside but if you're allergic, this room will not be ideal.

Rent = £525 monthly with all bills included, free wireless high speed broadband internet.
