The flat is extremely clean and well maintained. It has a large lounge (with balcony for those spring/summer nights), TV (licence paid), and a large separate kitchen. The current tenants are professional females in their mid to early 30s.

A deposit is required which is one month's rent and rent is payable one month in advance. Your deposit will be protected by the Deposit Protection Agency as required by law.

Minimum let of 12 months preferred.
