Big Double room flat share £850 pcm (Bills Inc.)

Looking for a professional (not working from home) who enjoys living in a very clean and quiet environment and considers home a place where we rest and relax.
You will be sharing with two flatmates, having a nice balance between being social and giving each other space.

The room is a good size double (4.50m/2.90m) with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and inbuilt wardrobe.
The flat is a 10 minutes walk to Seven Sisters Station and Tesco is a 15-minute,

It is very important that keeping the place clean and tidy is understood as everyone's responsibility. We all share cleaning duties in a fair way through a cleaning schedule list (i. e., every month and a half for each person to clean the communal areas: kitchen, bathroom, toilet and corridor) and cleaning as you go to-do list to keep communal areas comfortable for everyone’s use. It’s important to us that the new flatmate can commit to this.
Cleaning product costs are also shared equally.

Smoking: is not allowed inside, but there is a balcony right at the front door of the flat (1st floor).
