Double room in Homely Warehouse. All bills Inc.

We are 3B, a homely 9 bedroom 2-Floor Warehouse Conversion in the Manor-House community.

We have a large double room available on the 26th of September for £700. The rent includes all bills and very fast internet.

Most people have lived here for several years and we are quite close as a household, especially after quarantining together!

We are looking for someone social, who is looking for a longer term living arrangement and that can become part of our family.

We are a pretty mixed household, 4 guys, 4 gals in our mid 20s- early 30s. We also have a very friendly cat called panda who is the queen of the house.

Most housemates work 9-5 jobs, so during the week the house is very chilled. We do like to party and have friends over on the weekends but we are not a typical party warehouse.

We all have our own lives and interests but we do like to spend a lot of time together too. We like to do house dinners, BBQs, movie nights, game/poker nights as often as we can. If you like board/card/drinking games you will most likely fit in very well.

The warehouse itself has 9 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large fully stocked kitchen, open plan dining/sitting room with a massive projector and another large area in the back of the house with a piano, workspace and bike storage area.

We have a lot of plants and over the years have tried to make the place as nice and homey as possible.

We don’t have a cleaner (at the moment) but everyone helps out with the cleaning and tidies up after themselves.

We are looking for someone with a bit of house pride who is willing to pitch in with the upkeep of the house, so if you are tidy and have any DIY/plant skills you go top of the list!

The room we have available is on the ground floor. It is for single occupancy only (sorry, no couples). It comes mostly unfurnished, though we can probably sort you out with a mattress and a few other necessities if needed.
