Hiya!!

We live and own a live in a circus school in London, where we teach aerial gymnastics and floor based acrobatics as well as a photography studio.

We have 6 bedrooms which we rent out and aim to keep filled, however, on some rotations we have a room spare for rental on air b and b and spare room for short periods of times.

The school is a recently (Professionally) converted a warehouse in a quiet and private business estate in Tottenham Hale.

About the area:

- We are situated 8 mins walk from either Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters station

- 19 mins from Tottenham hale to Oxford street

- Bus connections also brilliant!

- Stanstead Express travels from Tottenham Hale to Stanstead very quickly

- Private Business estate

- We have retail parks in between these distances of home and the station including:

Wilkinson / Iceland/ Lidls/Currys/Argos/Boots/Costa /JD sports/Homebase/ Tescos/ Sainsburys are all within 8-9 mins walk from our location. Lots of local food, cafe, and newsagents also around us!

- We have the infamous Fountayne Road community one street behind us- we never hear any noise or disturbances- however, they have many social events and is a massive community hub so is a great slice of social and artistic adventures.

- Overground and Underground links are great to anywhere in London from the Warehouse.

- Community of neighbors around us who look out for each other and are friendly.

About the school:

North London and classes run every evening Monday-Friday with Saturday day times also occupied.

It is a social hub but we also respect each other's privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum after 11 pm.

Underfilled classes are fine to just join if available spaces- however- lessons which are popular will need to be pre-booked with discounts.

The school operates a timetable of classes during the daytime and evening. The space is free at times during the day for personal training and other endeavors which may be utilized.

The classes finish at 9; 30 pm and we aim to have the space free by 10 pm (some exceptions on certain and arranged evenings).

Our students know and understand the space is a live in warehouse, and this lends to the supportive characteristics we promote within the school. We encourage all tenants to go about kitchen and bathroom use as normal during school times. We just ask for mutual respect that the space is a school and so any visitors issue etc are not brought into operating hours.

Current tenants:

At present, we have the Landlord two school owners- Luke ( IT, Rigger, Director and Aerialist) and his partner Lindsey ( Veterinary Nurse, Director, Aerialist, Teacher). We have a contortionist, a trapeze artist who is training in IT and a ballet dancer who also works in IT.

The housemates mainly work a 9-5 pm job in the city so there is normally only 1-2 people around in the daytime.

What we are looking for/ whom suitable for:

- Would be suited to a more mature candidate who is open to social events, activities, and workshops happening around them.

- EXTRA INCENTIVE- We are currently looking for a venue management who also lives in the building - Jobs would entail: some small maintenance cleaning, admin, paperwork, social media, rigging changes, front of house, class management and occasional events. This is anextra to the room rental and is a paid position. We want someone who wouldwant to look to be a part of the functioning of the school on a part time basis if wanted.

This doesn't necessarily mean you need to be a social person, we respect everyone as their own character and if you would enjoy living with us but not necessarily be involved- then were totally fine with that too!
