1 room is going in a 2 bedroom flat in Manor House (10 min walking from Manor House and Seven Sisters stations)

Big room. With lots of light. It can come furnished or semi-furnished; there is currently a double bed and desk in the room which will stay but a wardrobe, chest draws, small draws are also available.

The owner is a super chilled & laid back person, who is currently living outside the country. I am the tenant who is advertising on behalf of Lou.

I'm from Ireland and I'm an architect. My work lifes very busy but I love to socialise. And enjoy cooking & sharing meals from time to time 😊. I have a very friendly small to medium sized dog. She loves cuddles and is very quiet and lazy. Please feel free to contact me or ask me anything.

The flat has a small balcony & a garden which your welcome to do what you like with. The boiler is new and the bathroom was refurbished a few months ago.

We'd like someone friendly & chilled. This isn't a party flat but you'd be more than welcome having friends over.

I would like someone who is looking for a minimum short term rental of 3 months to 1 year.
