We have a bright, spacious double room to rent in a stunning Victorian house, moments from Green Lanes.

You’ll be living with Michael, Stuart, James, Eloise and Troy, 5 friendly, sociable and lovely people! Always up for a 🍷 and equally respective of privacy.

You’ll have the pleasure of two bathrooms, a large kitchen/ diner/ sitting room, TV, cleaner twice a month, utility room, garden, and side alley to store bikes.

The room is a large sunny double with high ceilings and a big bay window, situated on the first floor comes unfurnished and the rent £695 per month is fully inclusive of all bills (council tax, water, electricity etc).

If you need furniture, there are certain items in the house already here that I would be able to sell to you at a reasonable price if needed, such as a bed frame, shelving, bedside table, etc.

Move in date is listed as the 1st July 2020 but can be flexible for the right person.

The house is amazingly well-connected. Just a 5-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line, 24hr Friday - Saturday), bus routes run right past the house to central London and beyond and Haringey Green Lanes Overground Station is just a 10-15 minute walk away or 5 mins away via bus.

A stone’s throw from supermarkets, the stunning Alexandra Palace, Finsbury Park and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes (we love Jam in a Jar).
