Huge Double Room Available July 4th

Hi there,

Currently, we have a huge double room in our super spacious apartment, available July 4th.
We are located in a vibrant and creative community near Manor House.

We are a mixed bunch of professionals with the housemates working in various industries including, architecture, medicine, geology, photography and Illustration/graphic design.
We are a busy bunch working full-time jobs Love to relax and hang out together, for food, wine, movies or even just a cup of tea we do. We consider our place to be homely and a refuge from the London hustle and bustle. Were a pretty easy going but non-hectic house where many of the housemates have been resident for a number of years. So we are ideally looking for new housemates intending to stay long term.

The living room space is open and spacious, with windows all around, so lots of light. We have a huge kitchen area with plenty of cupboard and fridge space for everyone, as well as 2 cookers, 2 ovens, and 2 sinks. The lounge area has 3 large sofas perfect for gathering around to chill, chat or watching movies, etc.

We have a fantastic outside space with plenty of room for bikes, a workshop /chill-out space plus a pizza oven and bbq.

If you don't know the area already, we are a quick walk from the Piccadilly, Victoria and Overground lines, as well as Stamford Hill mainline and lots of great bus routes. A short bike ride will have you in Stoke-Newington, Green Lanes or Finsbury Park.

We are located in a creative community where you'll find lots of interesting community enterprises going on, from markets and fairs, to film festivals, gigs, and exhibitions. (currently limited due to Covid19)
This is a friendly and open community to be in and as a house, we love attending the variety of different events and exhibitions happening in the area when possible.

Excellent Wifi with a smart router for high-speed high capacity internet usage.

Viewings are generally held in the evenings from 6.30-8.30pm Come and see this space, it's even better in person.
