Double Room in Eclectic Warehouse Conversion

We have a room with a skylight available from 3r May in our residential warehouse in North London - part of the popular Manor House Warehouse Community.

We've been leaseholders for 9+ years and have taken real care in maintaining lots of open space to live in and, for some, to work in.

An open plan downstairs; a mix of studio/workspace, sofas, a big kitchen and plenty of storage and hideaway seating. There are two bathrooms - one with a DEEP Victorian jungle bath the other with a walk-in shower. There's a small garden out the back with space for a herb garden, nice to sit out in the morning sun! Creative, quirky and friendly.

We include all bills as well as a monthly shop of toilet roll, basic kitchen supplies and cleaning products.

During lockdowns, we make sure to keep ourselves entertained be it shared house meals, games nights, theatre evenings, and anything else we can think of to divide the work week from the weekend! 
Outside of lockdown, we have hosted events from Film Screenings to pub quizzes and gigs (Crossing fingers) So anyone willing to add to the mix would be awesome.

We're aged 29 - 42. Some are creatives, some have office jobs. We tend to work hard during the week and play at weekends. We have a hypoallergenic pooch who gives the best cuddles and will smack a frown off your face with very little effort.

The warehouse is open to fresh thinking and gets behind new ideas. The space is always changing and we don't want that to stop.
