Hi!
We are looking for a new person to join the four of us. The house is beautiful and peaceful with
a garden and located in Harringay.

The room is warm and bright as it is south facing so gets
lots of sunshine throughout the day and has a view to the garden.
The moving date is flexible from now on for a minimum 1 year stay starting 15th April 2026 but preferably longer!

The room rent is: 500 pounds (paid every 15th of the month) + bills

Deposit: 582 pounds

From 15 April 2026 rent is: 520 pounds

Bills:

Internet: 8 pounds / per person
Electricity + Gas: approx. 30-70 pounds / per person (summer/winter)
Council tax: 36.8 pounds / per person
Water: 18 pounds / per person
Communal expenses (e. g. bin bags, cleaning stuff, etc.): around 5 pounds / per person
Tv license: 196/year divided by number of people who use the TV licence
The house is just off Harringay Green Lanes with easy access to Turnpike
Lane/Manor House Stations and Harringay/Hornsey train station (N15). Loads of restaurants
and nice shops around.
About us: Sandor, Kasia, Paul and Marco. We like to keep a peaceful
atmosphere in the house. Although we tend to be busy and take time to pursue their
passions we are always up for a chat in the kitchen. We are into healthy living, vegetarian
food (not fully vegetarians though), music, languages, bikes and arts.
Kasia - a designer and
a drummer, works in architecture and in free time her big passion is music.
Paul - a
musician and a multilanguage expert.
Sandor - coffee and cycling enthusiast, works in hospitality.

We keep the house tidy and
safe, share responsibilities, and look for improvements that can be made for the house.
About the house: It is a 5-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen which has direct
access to a garden with space for bikes. The landlord is amazing - always very helpful! It is
not a party house but enjoy having friends over who are always welcome. The house is
smoking free and no pets allowed.
Looking for a long term housemate who sees the house as their home :)
