Double room in a creative warehouse

Room:
Good sized bedroom with a small floor-to-ceiling window on the ground floor. come furnished with a bed and bed frame and wardrobe.
[previously we advertised a different room but a current housemate has decided to move into it so we are advertising her room instead now.]

Communal space:
Spacious kitchen/living room with a gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Two bathrooms with showers and one extra toilet downstairs. Outside we have a shared patio and a large courtyard where we love to hang out and do BBQs. We’re always looking for ways to improve the space both indoors and outdoors so it would suit someone that likes to get creative with the space.

Current housemates:
We're in our mid 20's/early 30s: Sheena (music programme coordinator), Ben (bar manager), Ella (), Lochie (chef) and Callum (photo/videographer).
We all have different schedules but love to spend time together. We sometimes organise dinners, watch movies or go out together. Occasionally we host parties at home but usually for birthdays or special occasions - but there’s always something happening in the neighbourhood!
We are looking for someone on a similar vibe - clean and respectful of communal spaces and each other, open to hanging out and looking for home with a family-like atmosphere.

The neighbourhood:
We’re part of a creative community of the Overbury road. There’s always something going on in the area - gigs, fairs, exhibitions, yoga, BBQ's, parties and other events. There’s also a local pub - New River Studios that does amazing pizzas and hosts events too. We’re situated between 3 stations - Manor house (Piccadilly), Seven sisters (Victoria) & Stamford hill (over ground). There’s a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi nearby + off-licence that’s open 24h. We’re close to Woodberry wetlands with lovely reservoirs and a Finsbury park.

The cost:
Rent is £825 inclusive of bills.
We also chip in £15 per month for a cleaner that comes twice per month.
Other costs for essentials like toilet paper, cleaning products, salt etc. are managed through Splitwise.
