Quiet, double room available in Beautiful home

Quiet double room with brand new double bed and mattress in Harringay (short/long-term) Available from 1st July

Hi all,

We - Jon & Wade - are a gay couple who have recently moved into a beautiful home in Harringay. ( 5 min walk to seven sisters tube / 10 min bus ride to Turnpike lane tube and Wood green ) St Annes hospital is at the end of our street as well as local shops 2 mins away!

We also have a flatmate/lodger - Ben - who moved in a month after us and is very friendly.

About the house

It's a 3 bed house with a large fully equipped kitchen, newly refurbed bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. There is a communal area which is being decorated with a dining table and a patio door leading into the secluded, newly turfed, back garden.

The house is safe and quiet place where we like to unwind after a long day.

The garden has been tended last year and we can’t wait to make the most of it during the warmer days. If you have green fingers, this could be your playground!
Even if we all have our own schedule, we do get along pretty well and make sure that everyone is comfortable here. We are always up for a chat or a glass of wine (or many) in the kitchen.
We are all clean and tidy but with an extra person on board, we will probably be getting a cleaner every fortnight

About the room
The room is ideally available for 3 to 6 months, but we are flexible around some arrangements and the let period if we find the right person
The room is located on the 1st floor, facing the garden - east - so very quiet and gets the morning light.

The room is currently partially furnished with a brand new bed and mattress. We can organise more furniture if required prior to moving in.

We already have SKY TV and broadband which we can arrange for a box to be put in your room.
Room is £820 with all bills included... electricity, water, tv licence, gas, broadband and Sky movie package & council tax. If a parking space is required, this can easily be obtained from the council.

About us
Wade & Jon are Australian & British, in their late 30s and late 40s, work in hospitality as GM's

Ben is a French guy in his late 30s, an entrepreneur in the art business, he works from home most days, runs a lot and spend some time cooking as well.

About you
You’re ideally in 30s or at least late 20s, from any gender, you are used to communal living and tick all boxes the goes with it.
We’re looking for someone clean, reliable, calm and respectful; we are past the age of being party animals.
LGBTQ+ welcome of course.

Small, fully trained cats or dogs are more than welcome :) We are reluctant to allow indoor only pets though as that proves tricky with a house share, especially in the summer when doors and window will inevitably be open into the garden.
