Double Room Available in N15 Houseshare!

DOUBLE room available in friendly, large N15 houseshare - available end of October!

We are looking for a new housemates to join our lovely 4-bed house just a SEVEN MINUTE WALK from Victoria Line at Seven Sisters or Tottenham Hale. Please read the following information, where I hope to answer any questions you may have... :)

What is the current situation at the house?

One of our housemates is moving out, so looking to fill a room. The house was recently refurbished before our move-in last May, and offers a large kitchen and living room as social spaces. The house came furnished, but we've also added our own furnishings too to make it as homely as possible! All rooms are doubles.

What are the best features of the property and area?

- Great price on a well-connected street, with Victoria Line, National Rail and Overground on the doorstep.
- Close to Tottenham Hale Retail Park with lots of shops!
- The property has so much shared living space, with a large kitchen-diner and living room.
- Garden area to decorate and maintain as we wish.
- TWO identical bathrooms, so you only share this with one other person!
- Contactable, friendly and helpful landlord.
- Lovely housemates too, of course!

What is the room like?

The room is a medium-sized double, located upstairs, next to the bathroom.

Other rooms are as follows;

Living Room - Large!
Kitchen-Diner - Very large room, with space for kitchen and a dining table.
Bathrooms - Plural! Two identical bathrooms next to each other upstairs, both with toilet, sink and bath shower.

What's the situation with dollar?

The room is £685 per month. Bills aren't included in the rent, but are split four ways.

What are we looking for in a housemate?

You'd be living with myself (Chad), a teacher (28), Beth, also a teacher (29) and Annabel (24), a lab technician.

We enjoy spending time together and we'd like someone to be a part of that, whilst of course, respecting (as we do) the fact that we all need some time to ourselves at home too. Cleanliness is important to us and we are obviously looking for someone who will muck in with this too.

(Unfortunately, we won't be considering couples or people with pets. Sorry!)
