Room for Rent in Creative Warehouse

Come join a lovely bunch of people in our communal warehouse in a creative local community.

About us:

We are a close group of 12 housemates/friends/chosen family. Several of us identify as queer, and all members of the house are queer-allies. We enjoy big group meals, watching films on the projector, going for walks (ideally with dogs, see below...), and drinks around the breakfast bar. We don't throw big parties (there are lots of regular parties out in the local community) but a few times a year we have large family meals or events and sometimes those descend into dancing into the early hours! We're looking for someone who is sociable, caring and a responsible and kind housemate.

We have always had dogs living here, but our current canine companion is leaving, so we would very happily consider someone with a pooch!

The space:

- Studio with work spaces
- Rock climbing training wall
- Large lounge with projector
- Rigging point for aerial circus
- Large kitchen and three bathrooms
- A public green-space out back

The local area:

The warehouse community is full of life and creative projects. There is a community bar, various cafes, and art and music studios within a square mile. It's a great place to live if you like things vibrant and friendly (you might actually get to know your neighbours and talk to them!)

Details:

- Deposit of £675 due two weeks before moving in
- Rent is £675 per month paid on the 1st of each month. (Rent includes bills, sundries (toilet rolls, cleaning products, teabags etc) and a weekly cleaner.
- The room is available from the 2nd January.
