Sub-Let September Big Room

Hi everyone!

I am sub-letting my room in N15 for the whole month of September with possible extension until the end of October (TBC). The room will be available from August 31st.

The price is 700£ a month all bills included and it comes furnished. Smokers will be considered but unfortunately no couples or pets accepted at this time.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVE YOUR RIGHT TO RENT IN THE UK, like settlement or pre-settlement status.

The house is usually very quiet as well as the street that faces the room. Flatmates are friendly and respectful, so we are looking for someone who has these qualities.
The room it’s on the first floor, it has 2 big windows and it comes furnished with 1 wardrobe and more storage available, 1 double bed, 2 desks, 1 office chair, heater, fan, mirror, etc.
We are 8 in total but there are 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets, one on each floor. The kitchen is spacious and you’ll have your own cupboard and space in the fridge. Also, there is a garden on the back you can use.
