Single room 2 minutes away from Seven Sisters station and 1 minute away from South Tottenham overground. I will be leaving beginning February. As my name is on the contract, I have agreed with the landlord to make the change when a new flatmate decides to move in as long as they stay until the end of the tenancy which is on the 24th of September. Feel free to stay after that when the lease renews.

The property has a living room, a balcony, one bathroom, and a garden.
The property is not suitable for students unless you want to pay council tax which is £55,25 a month (Band D). I’ve included this to the rent amount. Utility bills are not included and they would average at another £30-40 a month. So all together it will be £840/month.
