2 Rooms Available in QTIPOC Manor House Warehouse

2 Rooms available in a warehouse in Manor House/Haringey. One ASAP and other latest Aug 1st.

Rent is £665 inc bills, and £969 for couples. Deposit is £570. Rooms come mostly unfurnished except for a mattress and mezzanine bed frame with build in shelving. But some other furniture is always going around the house.

Bills include a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks.

The rooms are available long term, but we plan to have these as a 3 month let, and will revisit after that period to see if it works to have it be long term. Please don't see this as a probation period, it's just in place in case anything serious comes up!

The house will be home to 9 people including you. Our current age range is 24-31. We also have a cat, Zira 🐈🐾

We also have a relatively new washing machine and dryer 🙌🏼

All of us already living in the house are QTIPOC, so we really encourage QTIPOC wanting to live in warehouses/the area to apply.

Other than that we are looking for someone that is clean and good with communication to keep the good vibes.

The house has a friendly atmosphere. We often go on outings together or just chill in the house. We also have occasional house meals which are cute.

Things to be real about is the rooms only have a small skylight for a window so don't get a lot of natural light. The rooms are also not great for people sensitive to noise as the walls are thin. Insulation is not the worst but not the best. Essentially, this is a room in a warehouse.

The rooms have a mezzanine bed with a ladder with 8 steps. The front door doesn't have stairs but entry is raised equivalent to 1 stair. Bathrooms, kitchen, and lounges are all on the ground floor. 1 bathroom has 1 step to access shower, other has 1 half step at entry and a bathtub. We are very willing to discuss any other accessibility details and possible adjustments if you want to drop a message.

We are a no smoking inside household aside from 🌿. The cat owner is very responsible so would say pet odor is limited.

Doorbell noise is loud enough to reach most of ground floor but not that loud tbh. Is also something easily adjusted if needed.

People on Housing Benefits/ Universal Credit very welcome. Myself and a few others are on UC ourselves. My rent is fully covered but that hasn't been the case for everyone. I'm happy to provide any advice/support on navigating that if it's needed.
