Available immediately. I recently built (not with my own bare hands) this beautiful, architecturally designed part-Victorian, part-new, three-storey house. In theory, I live here but in practice I am almost never home as I generally stay with my partner. I do have a lodger but he is rarely here either, as his girlfriend also lives elsewhere and he often stays there. He is a doctor and therefore he never works from home.
I’m looking for someone who would welcome having a big, beautiful and very quiet house generally to themselves. Someone who will take care of the place (including watering plants) and will keep it clean and tidy.
It’s particularly suitable for anyone who works from home in the day as you will not be disturbed.
The house is in a very quiet street moments from Chestnuts Park and a few minutes walk from vibrant Green Lanes and other shops. Loads of nearby buses and walkable to Turnpike Lane, Seven Sisters, Harringay and Harringay Green Lanes stations. Residents’ on-street car parking available right outside.

There’s also the option of taking the larger room on the top floor. That also has an ensuite bathroom and fabulous views and feels quite self-contained. I currently use it as my study on the rare occasion when I’m here but I could easily swap. That room would obviously be more expensive.
