£665 including bills/tax/wifi. We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight and so all chip in for that (~£10 a month). Room is available on 6 month sublet initially with potential to extension to long term. Move in date 1 September.

Not a party house, though a social bunch - enjoy hanging out as a house, sharing a meal, and watching tv together but also have all our own stuff going on. Most of us have lived in the house 4+ years and people generally tend to stay long term.
