Spacious double room in Turnpike Lane!!

Hello! My name is Noah and I’m a 28 year old children’s care home worker living in this lovely flat in Turnpike Lane! My current housemate is sadly leaving to move in with their girlfriend, and I’m looking for a new housemate! The flat is about a five minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station, which can get you to Kings Cross in 12 minutes and also has a bus stop right outside the house to get into hackney or tottenham really easily. There’s multiple shops, cafes and restaurants on the street, including the nicest bossman you will ever meet, and the neighbours are all very friendly and relaxed. The flat is a two bed, with a big sunny living room/kitchen with a long balcony that looks out onto the street. The room itself is quite big with a massive wardrobe and storage space and gets lots of sun 🌞

The rent is £800 per month, and with bills it usually comes out at about 925 a month, less in summer when the heating isn’t needed constantly! The landlord is really chill and comes over straight away if there’s any issues!

Working in a children’s home, my shifts are pretty irregular, so will often be at work in the evenings and on weekends, but when I’m not working I’m mostly out seeing friends, going to the pub/bar or wandering around a museum or a gallery. When I am in the flat I’m clean and tidy, and like to read on the balcony or watch a movie! My current housemate and I have been friends a long time so we hang out a lot and do all sorts of things together, but are also respectful of each others time, space and energy.

I’m looking for someone friendly, sociable and fun but also has their own social life and knows how to have a chill day! Also the prerequisite clean and tidy but I’m not going to cry if the house is a bit messy or there’s the odd pot and pan left for a while!
