We offer two rooms in a peaceful, clean, and safe household.

The rooms are clean and comfy, both for single occupancy.

Availability:
Single room from 23th January for 1 - 6 months.
Rent: £898 per month
Double room from 20th January for 1 - 6 months.
Rent: £989 per month

One month notice period is required.

All bills included (gas, energy, water, council tax) and superfast broadband.

You will share:
• a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, washing machine).
• a clean light bathroom. Hair dryer is available.

Location:
• Just a stone's throw from Turnpike Lane Station with a direct link to Heathrow Airport via Piccadilly Line
• Excellent transport links underground, overground (Green Lanes) and plenty of buses within 1-4 minute walking distance
• Close to a variety of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and Wood Green shopping centre (Primark, TK Maxx, outlets)
• Two parks nearby

Important Notes:
• A prospective tenant must have the right to live, work or study in the UK, or have valid visa
• Keeping our home clean and quiet is crucial
• This is a non-smoking household
• Rent is expected to be paid in advance.
• Security deposit equal to one month rent is required.
