Sublet In A Creative Haven

We have a gorgeous creative warehouse up for a sublet - one room is upstairs with ample space. It's a loft type room with a mezzanine. All yours. Bills included in the price.

We have a photography studio by the kitchen, you are welcome to use.. Living with two models and one sound engineer. We all work and use the home to find peace and relax.

It's huge, has a sky light and perfect for any creatives.

I'm the leaseholder, I'm going to Japan for a month and looking for someone respectful and clean to take my room for this duration. This would be perfect for a photographer or a creative that wants to feel inspired.

We are open with all people, just need to be respectful and loving.

We have two cats.
