A spacious double room and cosy single room available for rent in a shared house. The double room comes furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe space while the single room has a bed and wardrobe.

The rest of the house includes a very spacious and comfy shared living room, kitchen with relevant appliances and a bathroom which includes a bathtub with a double over-head shower. Energy bills come to about £50 a month and there’s no council tax at all!!

The house is situated on a safe and quiet street, just a couple mins walk away from Tottenham Hale station and a 10 min walk away from Seven Sisters station. The Tottenham Hale retail park is right opposite where you can get all your shopping!

You’ll be sharing with 3 guys (2 professionals and 1 PhD student). We keep the property clean & tidy, and the overall vibe of the house is very calm but we also like to socialise together. We would like a professional or student that would fit into this kind of living environment 🫡

The tenancy is available from 25th of October and there’s no minimum stay although we would prefer someone that is available to stay until the end of the contract which is 25th August, 2025.
