Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublet my beautiful double room for two months starting December 25th (flexible on dates). It’s £900 per month, including bills and a weekly cleaner. Normally, rent, bills and a cleaner come to £1,150, but I’ve reduced it by £250 because I’d love someone who can also take care of my two adorable cats, Onyx and Opal, while I’m away. You’ll be sharing the flat with just one other person, Debi, a super chill, clean and tidy DJ. She often travels for work, so you may have the place to yourself quite a bit.
