Rent 1 comfortable double room including double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers between Manor House and Seven Sisters.

There are 5 bedrooms altogether with a good size storage. Very cosy but spacious house situated on 3 different floors. You'll be sharing with laid back people in their 30's and 40's working in event & music production, psychology, environmental education and charity work for the homeless.

If you happen to have a friendly outdoor cat, that would be a big bonus!

Sharing areas are:
-very large equipped kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, huge oven/cooker, microwave, electric dryer, ..and everything you need really)
-1 clean bathroom and 2 toilets
-huge lounge / open kitchen area
-large and nice sunny private back garden equipped with a BBQ

Fabulous location only 10/15mins walk from Manor House (Piccadilly Line) and Seven Sisters (Victoria Line), and 8mins to Stamford Hill train station (towards Liverpool St). There are also plenty of buses going directly to Stoke Newington / Shoreditch, or just round the corner to Harringay Green Lanes. There is parking available too, it just requires a permit.

There's everything you need just around the corner with supermarkets, 24h off-license, shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, bars... The neighbourhood is residential and generally pretty quiet, with lots of families around.

New River studios across the road offers a cheap neighbourhood hang for beer & pizza nights. If you're into wild swimming or just a nice place to walk, east & west reservoirs are just around the corner too.

(Spilt equally but can vary depending of usage.)
