Large Double Room in Warm and Sociable Warehouse

Large room for rent in welcoming warehouse flat. Three other bedrooms with 4 people living here. We have a friendly, quirky dog so loving dogs is a must! We've become somewhat of a little family, really valuing our inner and wider community. We love to hang out together whether that's cooking and sharing a meal together, or movie nights, attending raves or going to alternative parties together. We also value time in our own space, and respect each others boundaries. We consciously want to build a home where everyone feels secure and comfortable. Ideally, we are looking for a housemate who can blend into this eccentric, wonderful family of ours and we'd love for you to tell us a bit about yourself and your values in your message.

One room is available, south facing with a mezzanine. The room will come unfurnished though the current tenant is open to selling some things. We've also done some painting recently so photos of the shared space dont accurately represent how colourful the flat is now!

We will be booking in interviews for early Feb, with move in date not before the 10th of March. Rent from £760. Bills not included though very affordable.

In the house we are all in our late 20s/ early 30s, in a range of careers with some of us working from home in the day. A housemate on a similar routine would be ideal.
